Pat's Big Adventure!

Pat Correz has probably done more for the needlework world in Southern California than anyone else ever will. You can read her bio in the latest issue of Needle Pointers (March 2000). What her bio doesn't describe is Pat's ability to inspire and motivate other stitchers. Her attitude is infectious and not only have so many people learned from her, they have become better stitchers and people for it!

Last December, 300 or so of her closest friends chipped in to send her to the Hotel Del Coronado for Christmas. Both the Outgoing and Incoming Presidents of the San Diego Chapter helped to set up and deliver goodies to Pat's room. We were so thrilled to be able to participate in the surprise event! Here are some pictures and her own words describing her adventure.
